Hartley Projects was engaged by the BAC Property Team to deliver the full defit of a 2,500m² Nick Scali retail tenancy and the subsequent fitout for incoming tenant Fever Events.
The program returned the space to base build condition before transforming it into a functional event venue, with a new amenities block and reconfigured services to suit the new layout. The fitout stage is currently underway.
In the first stage, our team isolated all existing services, removed ceilings and internal walls, and returned the tenancy to a clean, compliant base build shell ready for redevelopment. The second stage is now in construction, with our team building a new amenities block, relocating services to suit the revised layout, and preparing the warehouse space for its new use as an event venue.
The staged approach ensures a seamless transition between outgoing and incoming tenancies while maintaining strict adherence to BAC requirements throughout.
