Portfolio project
Hartley Projects delivered a critical package of enabling works within the International Terminal Arrivals and Duty Free precinct to improve passenger flow and processing capacity. The scope included relocating passport kiosks, passport control stations and associated services to create a more efficient layout.
Working within a fully operational airport environment, the project required detailed staging, service relocations and careful coordination to ensure zero disruption to passenger movements.
All works were undertaken within a live terminal environment, with construction activities carefully sequenced to align with peak and off peak passenger movements. Existing services were relocated and reconfigured to suit the new layout while ensuring continuous functionality of critical infrastructure. Close coordination with airport stakeholders was essential to manage access, staging and operational interfaces.
Our team maintained disciplined management throughout, ensuring the enabling works progressed efficiently without impacting the passenger journey.
