About us
Hartley Projects was established by Ashton Smith to support new developments, body corporates, commercial builders & residential builders in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Ashton has over 15 years’ experience as a hands-on Builder, Project Manager, Estimator, and Contract Administrator, specialising in commercial and residential projects from small-scale renovations to $20million new builds.
His qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science (Quantity Surveying), Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (Management), Diploma of Project Management, and Open Builder’s License (QBCC 15353967).
