Initial feasibility report on the required rectification works to the building or grounds. Includes:
- Initial site inspection of the property to identify areas for rectification.
- A detailed costings and scope of works report outlining the rectification works required and most suitable approach.
- A program outlining the sequencing of works and time frame to complete the works.
Management of works from start to finish.
Full report on project completion with warranty schedules, as-builts and summary of works completed.

- Issue tender packs to your preferred subcontractors and suppliers for pricing. We also have an extensive network of subcontractors who can provide competitive pricing if required.
- Compile a detailed estimate and scope of works for each trade using pricing provided.
- Includes 1 hour in-person or virtual meeting to review final estimate before handover.

Compile tender documentation including requesting pricing and tender evaluation from subcontractors.

Produce a detailed scope of works for trades once the construction phase of the project has commenced.
Compile subcontract documents and supplier agreements.
